Ordered incorrectly or no longer required? Not to worry! In order to obtain a refund the goods must be returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them. The buyer must pay for the return postage as we can not cover the return cost if the fault is lies with the buyer. If we have made an error with your order, if its damaged in transport, faulty, order received in error, not as described, then we will collect or send a returns label free of charge. Please contact us through email or call us and we will be happy to assist you. When returning an item, please include a slip of your name, address, telephone number and the reason for returning. Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in un-used, perfect condition. Don't make amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won't be processed if any of the above occurs. If we receive back the goods damaged when returning as no longer required, I'm afraid you'll need to contact the courier you sent them with and claim, as we cannot process a refund. All our products are packaged safely and securely and are shipped out in a premium condition.
Received a damaged item? Sorry but accidents do happen. Please tell us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly replace it or refund you.
Painted items. As we cannot exchange items once they have been painted / colour-coded, please ensure that we are provided with the correct model, side and colour and products codes. If the fault lies with Wing Mirrors World then we will work to rectify any mistakes made. When ordering a sprayed wing mirror, wing mirror cover or parking sensors, please check at the point of ordering that you have ordered the correct make, model, year, side as we cannot accept liability under any circumstances once these have been sprayed, if the buyer has made a mistake with ordering the incorrect item. We can not accept these items back once they have been sprayed, & no refund will be given. If leaving your vehicle make & paint code while checking out, please make sure this is the correct paint code (as we cannot accept returns in the customers fault) If you are unsure, please call or email us with your vehicles registration plate, we are happy to help!
